Ways to Give to MacNab
Your generosity enables MacNab to serve and minister in our local community and the world. Make an online donation or learn more about your options to support the work of the church. The following are ways to donate your weekly (or monthly) givings.
There are four options available to support our church:
Envelope
Contribute on the offering plate of mail it into the church
INTERAC e-transfer
Send an e-transfer to macnabtransfers@gmail.com.
You should not need a security question as MacNab has auto deposit. There is no charge to the church. In the comments include your envelope number and let us know where your donation should go, ie general account.
Pre-authorized remittance (PAR)
The Finance and Administration Committee encourage you to use our PAR Program (Pre-Authorized Remittance). Using the PAR program for offerings allows congregational members and adherents to give intentionally, proportionally and faithfully to the church, even when they are not able to be there in person. This helps provide the church with dependable flow of contributions, makes budgeting easier and reduces paper work. Many people prefer this method of paying for any number of things – mortgages, insurance policies, club memberships, etc. It allows them to make regular payments over a period of time.
Please take note: the PAR program is administered by The United Church of Canada. The attached form can be used for either registering or making changes to your current PAR amount. Please download, print, and submit this form in a sealed envelope to the church office. Please ensure that you add ‘Attention: Kevin Russell‘ on the envelope.
CanadaHelps
Make a secure online donation through CanadaHelps. Please note that CanadaHelps deducts a percentage of your donation as a fee. Presently the fee is 3.5%. We are charged $3.50 on every $100.
